The “Quick Reference” For Emotions

Emotions have Three Commands. Just Three :

  1. Learn and Solve and Plan
  2. Plan and Take Action
  3. Keep Taking Action

You learn these three commands, and you are 90% ahead of the game. Just these three things. After this, it is all just practice while you learn Problem Solving Skills, which you will learn here. Want +> Desire +> Dream +> [Learn + Solve] +> Plan +> Do (Take Action) +> OBSTACLE +> [Learn + Solve] +> Plan +> Do (Take Action) +> OBSTACLE +> [Learn + Solve] +> Plan +> Do (Take Action) +> OBSTACLE… Etc.

Every “Obstacle” is Mother Nature’s Classroom where you will develop and practice your Problem Solving Skills. Over time, your “OBSTACLE” will get smaller and smaller. You will be able to see them coming and you will learn how to Navigate around them.

You will learn how to dance between Nourish + Growth to secure your Freedom and Power of Choice.

You need to know how to Nourish yourself, which we will cover. You need to know how to Validate your own Freedom. We cover both of these things with you right here.

If You Are In Danger : Bottom Line:

  1. Get to Safety and Acknowledge Your Self-Preservation.
  2. Reassure yourself that you are Safe and You did it! You preserved your Power of Choice. This is an Exercise in Freedom.
  3. Take a Step Back, Reflect, and Think.
  4. What can you Learn from this? What did They do to Violate you? (Review The 12 Ethics)
  5. How do you Solve the Problem? : What did You do to Violate you? (The 5th Ethic)
  6. What should you have done differently? (The 4th Ethic)
  7. Visit the 3rd Ethic, the 2nd Ethic, then the 1st Ethic.

If You Are NOT In Danger : Bottom Line:

  1. Acknowledge Your Self-Preservation.
  2. Reassure yourself that you are Safe now and You did it! You preserved your Power of Choice. You have made the Choice to Grow and Learn. This is an Exercise in Freedom.
  3. Take a Step Back, Reflect, and Think.
  4. What can you Learn from your past? What did They do to Violate you? (Review The 12 Ethics)
  5. Take your Authority Back by Acknowledging The Choice You Made that harmed you OR… Forgive Yourself for being too young to Protect Yourself back then. What did You do to Violate you? (The 5th Ethic, 7th Ethic, and 12th Ethic) You must Forgive, Accept, and Love all the Versions of Yourself.
  6. What should you have done differently? (The 4th Ethic)
  7. Visit the 3rd Ethic, the 2nd Ethic, then the 1st Ethic.
