Of all things in Human, The Rate of Growth and Change is grossly neglected and, at times, completely removed from most equations.

Even in our Education. 

Especially in Education. Of all the pieces of an Equation to exclude, the Rate of Change is the most Vital to an Equation. The reason for this is, without this Calculation, we all just assume that Growth won’t happen, so the Subconscious Mind rewires itself to accommodate “no growth.” 

Resulting in No growth. 

And thus we become Stagnant. Learning how to Love and build Community with Growth is vital in any successful community.
