Don’t Micromanage the Student. The Student must be free to learn how to nourish their own growth. 

Focus instead on the preservation of the safe Environment.

Handling Bullies… (Thinking on this). The Bully MUST be removed IMMEDIATELY. The Bully requires a different education to help them work through their Problem. (More on this coming).
