Stephen Covey does a lot to repeat Socrates here. 

He does a great job teaching the importance of The Archetype (Role Model) and Ethics, but I do strongly disagree with him on one front.

Truth is the True and Only Archetype because it is the only Constant. Ethics change. 

At the time that Covey wrote this book, he did not know that Ethics change. Nor did he know that the Ethics do lead us to The Truth. But the rest of the material is vital to understanding the need for The Constant.
