About Lesson

One of the most common denominators I saw in all of Healing and Life Journeys was the significant lack of “well-roundedness.” 

This was the inspiration for Triadic Healing. To ensure your are hitting ALL the points in your Journey equally with alignment and balance. 

There are three Pillars of Mental Health: 

  • Story Health
  • Logical Health
  • Community Health

And The 12 Ethics to guarantee your Self-Regulation.

Self-Care only addresses 1 of the 12 Ethics and not at all your three Pillars. Talk Therapy attempts to address Logical Health, accept 100% of all Psychologists and Therapists do not study Logic or The Subconscious Mind. 

Holistic methods and Neuroscience only addresses the Alignment, the Balance, and the Emotional Mental Environment, but without addressing any of the Causes or Catalysts of all of those things.

And then the majority of people use Self-Care to try and “maintain” the work they’ve done, but with HIGH ENERGY costs and with little to no impact. 

People keep this up for 4 years before the entire process collapses due to burn out.

Your Journey Plan needs to address your Story Health: Your Past and Origin, Your Destination, The Journey, the Skills and Abilities your build along the way to overcome your Challenges. The Finding of your Name. The Discovery of you. 

The Pursuit of your Loves, Dreams, Desires, Wants.

Your Logical Health, The Delusions you have to break to find the Truth. Your Logical Comprehension and how they align to The 12 Ethics.

Your Community Health. The people in and around you who build up your world, who you trade with. Who step into your commerce and trade with you.

The 12 Ethics triangulate you. Logic is the compass for you to find Truth. Your Cosmometer (Intuition) is your compass pointing your back to Truth.

Self-Regulation paces you through this Journey. So you don’t burn out.

Your Journey Plan needs to consist of educating your Conscious Awareness, getting your Consciousness the Education and Life Training you should have gotten all your life.

You building your Life Stream. Strategically making the plans you need to start navigating your life in the direction you want to go.

Cleaning out your RAS (Reticular Articulating System) to keep yourself focused on your Heading. 

Learning how to Navigate.

Self-Regulating, Triangulating your Position in your Journey, Re-focusing, purifying your Logic, breaking Delusions, Nourishing your Identity, Following the 12 Ethics through the Journey.

And using your Emotions to identify the tasks at hand and measure how far from your Journey you are or are not. 

Through this work, you get alignment. You get Balanced Harmony. You get a Healthy Mindset and a positive Emotional Mental Environment. 

Through this work, all the things you desire do come to you as symptoms to the work you do. As Green Flags or indicators that they work you are doing, have been doing, is paying off.
