Anger is a Complex Emotion. It is a 7 Step Process.
I feel Angry! I need to understand the reason for the Anger, Name the Violation that was done to me, Assess what I did to get myself into that situation, Accept the Accountability of my actions that led to the Violation (Failure to use Boundaries), Strategically review my Self-Laws and Personal Boundaries and amend my Laws, use Self-Regulation to manage my current Needs and Desires, Reaffirm my Self-Authority with Immediate Choice or Action, and Utilize my Feeling of Safety. Accept the Courage to try again.
Anger has three Stages depending upon which Ethic you are in.
