Nothing steers and builds, shapes and tears down a Mind more than Education. Education is the process of building a Mind. 

No one, save for the Self, has the Authority to choose how to Shape a Mind. This is why only the Education of why and how must be Taught. The tools for Mind Building must be taught. 

The Supervisor is charged with the Preservation, Guarding, and Safe-Keeping of the Mind of others.

The Supervisor can only prepare the Student for the Journey. They are the Sage, the “wise old man” of the Story saying, “I cannot walk this journey for you. I can only prepare you.”

The best of Supervisors are adaptive. They shuffle responsibilities to fit their strengths as they see fit. They Self-Regulate and always strive to do better. They prioritize Truth and Education above all else. They do not have Opinion or Ego due to their Dedication to Pursue Truth and Learning. 

They embrace The 12 Ethics and an Open Learning Mind and they incorporate this in their Students. 

The Truth, Learning, Knowledge, and Education sits high above the Ego of Man and we never forget our place. This is our Archetype. Ethical Law and Natural Order so that we always may Grow and be Nourished toward that Archetype. 

The Healing Garden Supervisor is an NPC, a Sage, who embraces Theater and Stage, Communication, Human Connection, Costume, Story, and Storytelling above all else. They are the Cultivator who Nourishes the Next Generation and the Connector of Human Circuitry between Transmission and Receptor.

They are the Charon who ferries the Ignorant, Naive, and Undefined into the world of Knowledge, Progress, Exploration, and Defined Discovery. 

They are those who help the Pioneer find themselves from Unknown to Pilgrim to Pioneer. This is the Cultivator. This is our Supervisors.
