I wrote this, finally, in a way that I can be happy with, and in a way that I can now “out it down and walk away.” 

I can now focus only on The Building of The School.

I realized this morning that Cultivators need to go on to be Business Guides for Students. That the Teacher you are assigned stays with you for life. Like a Mentor “Yoda” who you have all of your life. 

They need to be your Therapist, your Council, your Guide, your Mentor through all stages of life. 

And also, as they learn, so too will you. And they will have a Teacher also.

Upon realizing this, I saw even more, how the System will be built to Nourish everyone. And our Networkers move within to make sure the Quality Control is being managed properly, People at the Bottom will be heard by the People at the Top. And The Lab works to Problem Solve the obstacles of the People at the Bottom. 

Every Resource is put in place to Nourish the People at the Bottom so they can move through the System toward their Advanced Skill Levels.
