Let’s start with the Diagram

When Building a Business, there are Three Stages:

There is Business Skeletal Frame Building
There is Business Sculpting
There is Business Refinement.

I wrote these words in my last Newsletter, and now we’re going to dive deep into them!

The Pre-Stage is where you are when you “Get the bug” and you think, “I want to be a Business Owner! Except… You most likely have not received any of the Education for this Journey.

100% of all people at the 5th Ethical Perspective have learned the “Self-Government” Ethic into them and in that instant, they CANNOT be “told what to do anymore.

Their Ethics far outweigh Law and Order. Ethics are always higher in Quality and Standards than Law and Order anyway.

In the Pre-Stage you have two jobs:

Get your Mental Health in order
Build the Skills you will need for your business Dream.

If you do not do these two things, your business will not get off the ground, your business will fail before the first 5 years, you will run out of resources, steam, and dream before you launch, you will suppress all your baggage and when you make it through, the baggage will surface while you are Lord of Your Empire as CEO and you’ll have to deal with it then… IF you can get out of the gate to begin with.

Instead, most people skip this Pre-Stage and jump right into Stage #2 “Business Sculpting.

Ideally, your Parents knew about the 12 Ethical Perspective Stages of Human Growth and Evolution and ensured you received a PROPER Education that would develop Useful Entrepreneur-Focused Skills for your 5th Ethic Growth Stage.

If that is the case, then you should have reached the 5th Ethic by 5 Years Old and you spent the next 10 years of your life cherry picking the Skills you want to be good at, strategically relevant to your Dream Business.

In Actuality, you most likely did not. Which means you will need The User’s Manual For the Subconscious Mind Walkthrough while you review your Resources (Skills) to see which ones you will need to work on and master for your business.

You also need to ask yourself a very important question:

How Ethical do you want your Business to be?

This Question is VITAL to determining the Business Model and Pathway of your Business. Most people are Ethical, Especially those over 6th Ethical Perspectives, but the Traditional Business Model in use is highly Unethical and Psychologically Criminal (Literal. It was built using the same Psychology in Criminal Forensics).

Be conscious of the 2 Business Models. 98% of Entrepreneurs and Businesses follow the Traditional Model.

Stage #1 Business Skeletal Frame Building

This stage merges and crosses over into Pre-Stage, which is okay, but don’t let this stage become your focus in Pre-Stage.

There are Three Business Pillars everyone requires in their Healthy, Stable Business.

The Business Owner
The Network
The Machine

In Traditional Business Models, this is the % of Attention each one of these gets:

The Business Owner 0%
The Network 5%
The Machine 95%

And this is why 95% Businesses fail before their 5th year.

This is what you are supposed to see.

The Business Owner 33.33%
The Network 33.33%
The Machine 33.33%

The Network is supposed to sustain the Machine. The Business Owner is supposed to sustain the Network.

Read that again.

Another working model that works very well is:

The Business Owner 43.33%
The Network 43.33%
The Machine 13.33%

In this Model, the Owner and the Network fuel and nurture each other and the Machine purrs like an Engine and runs like a well-oiled machine. This is ideal.

In Stage #1, the Owner needs to be thinking about What the Business Mission, Goal, and People are all about. This is your “Why” and your “How.”

Do not think about anything else.

Why do you do what you do?
Who do you serve?
How do you serve them?

Now, think about YOU. Your image. Think about who YOU are. By now, you should know your Life Stream and how this Business mirrors and Nurtures your Life Stream and reflect your Identity.

Side Topic

You have your Life Stream, Your Business Stream, Your Love/Family Stream. Each of these Streams have a precise Order of Operations that results in “Nature’s Fruit” (Happiness, Love, Money). When they are aligned, they “unlock” the Fruit. Together, they unlock, “The Jack Pot.”

To get this, your Business MUST be aligned with your Life Stream.

Stage #2 Business Sculpting

In Stage #2, you are opening the door for the Design, Marketing, Filter (Not Funnel), Advertising, Messaging, and Copywrite, This is where you want to focus heavily on Network Building and Nourishment.

You will not make money here. Too many people do. Too many people think this is where the money is, and it is not.

There is where Scammers nest and target Business Startups. Be aware of what you are really dealing with. Most Scammers are selling Narcissist Business Tactics that force Inorganic Growth prematurely.

Organic Growth vs. Inorganic Growth

Inorganic Growth requires Money, Resources, Time, and a LOT of Energy to get, keep, and maintain. It prematurely grows your business while you sink a lot of Energy and Resources into your business to barely break even.

This is when we see this Model:

The Business Owner 0%
The Network 5%
The Machine 95%

Inorganic Growth “Sells.” They Market. They use Fear and Greed to “Sell,” which is a fancy way to say “Psychologically Manipulate using Criminal Forensics Psychology.

It uses De-Humannizing words like “Client” and “Consumer” or “Leads.” Just like Criminals do to make the Criminal feel less Ethically Compromised about behaving unethically.

It focuses on “What” you do.

Organic Growth is Love-Based, Ethical, Honest, and Transparent. It is not selling. It is providing Stragetic Solutions for providing Comfort and Relief to Patrons. It uses warmth and genuine people skills to attract the right people for you.

It focuses on “Why” and “How” you do what you do.

Stage #3 Business Refinement

This is where you start to tighten up your Pitch. This is where you start to condense both, your message, your understanding of your Business and your Purpose.

This is where your Elevator Pitch is Naturally Born, suddenly roll off your tongue in 12 words or less.

This is when your Business, Logo, and Moto are born.

This is where everything you have built in the first three stages Integrate into your Purpose.

This is when you finally have your CTA honed into pure perfection and precision to a Point. A Point I love to call “Plato’s Point,” which is the Point of Knowledge where a Single Sentence or word can be passed on to another Person (a Student) with such refined precision, that the Student can receive this beautiful package to unravel and Deconstruct and thus begin the Reverse Engineering of their Learning Process.

And you, dear reader, are finally at the end of mine.

The Self Journey is the first.

The Business Journey is the second.
