The line… the ONE thing I read on Instagram last night that changed the tune of the People toward Money and Rich People, was an Employee Plan that this Grocery Store Owner implemented into his Business. 

The “I’m Not Happy” Policy.

Do this for the People. Not because “it will make the people love you.” But because you genuinely care about your Employees.

The Healing Garden has this in place. 

The “I’m Not Happy” Policy is a 10 Day “Day Off” Policy that any employee can use at any time to simply say “I don’t want to work today.” The End.

One concern that some people expressed was “I hope they don’t take advantage of this.” 

They did not BECAUSE this policy took care of the people. 

However, let me tell you something. I worked at a Business where they had the The “I’m Not Happy” Policy, but it was Unlimited. I called off from work a LOT. Primarily because one of the women who worked there Bullied me out of the job. 

At another job I had, same thing. A woman who worked there Bullied me out of the job. It was the Condescension and Off-Hand marks, day after day… I just couldn’t do it. It was the Abuse that made me say, “I don’t want to go in.”

I had no one to talk to about this. 

Bullying in the Work Place is as bad as the bullies in School. The moment Abuse is in your Work Place, you will have a hard time keeping employees no matter what. 

Address your Bullies in the Work Place. And that includes yourself.

The other thing is, if there is Violence, Aggression, or Assault in the Work Place, you will lose people. In my last job, this literally was a problem. I almost witnessed a literally fist fight in the office. 

That was the end of my interest working there. 

In all of these places, I did not have a safe place — a Psychologically safe place — to go talk to anyone about these concerns. 

The problem is, the CEO of the company did nothing for her Work Environment. 

Your Work Environment (Work Culture) is the first thing that will sink your Business so fast… We will be covering this in depth. 

But the other thing… if you have an Employee who is taking advantage of a policy like The “I’m Not Happy” Policy, it is because they may have selected the wrong job for themselves and they should not be there.

A lot of people do not value their job. They get the job because they THINK they want to do it, only to find out that they don’t… but mostly, they get the job because they NEED a job and they’re grasping at straws. 

Your Business becomes their “Straw Job.”

This is where Business Owners complain “It’s so hard finding good work these days.”

No. You are not hiring properly. You need Psychology and Human Behavior to pull off that job effectively. An education in Logic would have helped you deduce this, which is why you need Logic if nothing else.

Logic is the Science of Problem Solving, which you will need if you want to make Money.
