The Human-Locust Mindset Response is in people who suffer from Addictions. And we all suffer from Addiction, which is really The Human-Locust Mindset Response caused by Mental Diabetes.

It is our Pursuit of Freedom and our Pursuit of Nourishment. 

Dopamine has nothing to do with it, which is why Professionals have not been able to fix it.
