A Leader is the Organizer — or they have someone who Organizes.
A Leader is the Energy Generator — or they have someone who Generates Energy.
A Leader Drives the Momentum — or they have someone who Drives.
A Leader is the one who Nourishes the Team and makes sure it is running. The Leader is a Master of Quality Control and maintaining Balance and Growth. Moral and Joy is up. Prosperity and Abundance is up.
They set the mood, the tone, the expectations, the energy and the direction of the group. Shepherding is a skill. I strongly recommend studying the skills of a Shepherd to learn how much they don’t “lead” to lead.
What they do is protect and guide.
I often tell people, if you have an idea of your own, you should not be a leader. This right here is where Unethical Leaders miss the mark.
They have an idea and they want to lead. Leaders inspire and unite others under the same idea. This is easily, the hardest lesson people who try to lead have to learn. If you bring your own idea to the table without any common denominators, your idea won’t attract the attraction you want.
But unite under one Common Denominator that helps all, and you have gold. Look for Problems in Society without Solutions then build the Answer. Solve the Problem together and people will follow you.
