The more you Ethically Learn, the greater your Power. “Power Sense” is the most fascinating Human Skill in all of Humans. 

It is the only Skill that I have seen that surpasses all boundaries. Every last one of us knows when someone is in greater Power or less Power than each and every one of us. It is an extraordinary “Intuitive Metric” each and every one of us has.

There will come a time when others are intimidated by you. 

Intimidation is… disheartening. The emotional turmoil is a challenge that every strong and powerful leader finds on this path.

Turning down your Power to make yourself Approachable is done through Non-Judgment, Accessibility, and The 12 Ethics.

Authentic Kindness and Genuine interest in people is what drives approachability. If you are not Authentic in your Kindness, then be Honest and Logical.

Never Lie.

Never Fake it. People can feel the difference. 

If you are not Genuinely interested in people, that’s okay. Your time for that may come later. When I started this journey I had no interest in people. I had too much hurt and pain to work through, which I did work through as I grew.

It wasn’t until — finally — at the end of my Journey that I rediscovered my Genuine Interest in people. And the timing was perfect. It came to me when I needed it most and just as my Leadership skills were being polished. 

Don’t force anything. Don’t. 

Don’t let people tell you that “you can’t do this unless…” That is not true. I have a Business that has No Clients. Zero Marketing. Everything they told me I couldn’t do or have, I did and have. All they did was waste my time.

The road to becoming a Leader is ugly, hard, painful, and long. It will break you a million times over to reset you the way you need to be. It is the Breaking that Polishes you. A testament to the amount of marble Experience had to chizzle, cut, carve, and sand away.

And as you grow, you will evaluate yourself and assess how you did, where you could have done better, if you’re good enough.

You will dissect each imperfection, one at a time, and you will adjust a single behavior at a time one hundred times over, until you get yourself right where you want to be to Optimize the Role you have under Others. 

It is a path that pushes you to the limits of The Self.
