Art : The Science of Perspective Detail
About Lesson

The Student chooses a picture. Any picture. The subject is not relevant. Keep it small. This is to eliminate the details. This is for 11 and 12 year olds.

Draw a grid on your small photo/picture. Do your best and keep the grid as mathematically even as you can.

On a 18″ X 22″ Paper, draw a grid of 1″ squares. Take your time. As realistic as you can, transfer the data from the small photo/picture over to the grid.

Expect this to take you 1 to 2 months.

Transfer the details of each square. You do not have to paint this. You should not. Draw it only.
