Anger And “Being Mean” : The Path To Kindness

I never throw anything away. On 19 July 2024, I realized I had been resisting “Being Mean”… for 40 Years. I was raised a Christian Baptist Orthodox where “Good Girl” was rammed down my throat. The days leading up to 19 July 2024, I was overwhelmed with levels of Anger and “Being Mean” I could not longer ignore.

The 10th Ethic. All Emotions are right. I didn’t understand it then, but I couldn’t deny what I had to do. Step, full throttle into — and embrace — being an asshole. I put myself on YouTube and asked people not to watch if they couldn’t handle it.

But I had to do it. I pushed myself to my limits and — One Week Later — I found the Limit of where I would go before I felt Sorry for other people. I indulged on Being Mean until I was SICK of it… and I wanted to be Kind.

This was the week that I learned, if you want to be Authentically Kind, then you have to Legitimately Mean. I learned what my limits were. I learned all about “Anna Mean” and what that looked like.

I can say, without a doubt, how MANDATORY this is for Growth. And how this stage REALLY NEEDS to be done by 3, 4, and 5 Years old. Let the child BE MEAN. Let the Child SEE just HOW MEAN they can get. Until they realize just how UGLY they can choose to be… So much that it disgusts even themselves. And that IS the Growth Trial. To get so Ugly that you Disgust the Self.

THIS is the lesson that every Adult needed to learn and didn’t.

The Fear + Confusion + Amnesia Cycle triggers a loss of Logic, Language, Comprehension, until communication and understanding are so deteriorated that Mental Illness is prevalent. The Individual stops Learning, you lose “Epiphany” which washes the brain, which is what controls Cell Regulation, which then leads to Cell Apoptosis, which leads to Disease. All of them. Which leads to death.

The Suppression of Emotions, Frequency, and Learning is a “container” of suppressed Physics, which ages the body. Exactly like trying to hold nuclear energy inside a vessel that is not built to “hold” such power.

In order to solve it, you need to UNDERSTAND. The ONLY way you can understand is through Logical and linguistic Comprehension, Sequencing, and Education/Training so you can restore the Logical Sequence in your Mind.

You need to reverse the Fear + Confusion + Amnesia Cycle with Education + Understanding + Remembers Cycle, literally reversing the process.

You must have NO resistance. The 12 Ethics guide the process. You need to literally pursue Knowledge = Truth.

Purge all Lie by Telling the Truth.

Correct all Logical Fallacy with Logical Truth.

You have to clean your Logic.
