12 to 13 years old.

This is a Core Lesson. 

On a 22″ X 36″ Drawing paper, draw a Horizon Line and then a Focal Point. 

Measure and Draw a row of dots, 4″ apart from each other at the paper’s edge, furthest away from the Focal Point.

Using a rule, draw a series of Lines like a sunbeam from the Focal Point out to the edge of the Paper to each dot. 

Choose a word to draw in Block 3-D Letters on the grid. These letters should be 1″ to 5″ in height (your choice). Using Perspective (Corresponding YouTube coming), draw in the shading and the Science of Physics for Light and Shadow so you can replicate how Light and Shadow illustrate Perspective.

It is as if “Light” is with an Open Perspective and “Shadow” represents Closed Perspective. Visibility communicates to Artist and Viewer how Visibility contributes to an Open Mind by shedding “Light” onto a situation.
