Society moves like a dance and you have to know how to move with the ebb and flow of the Sea. 

The Stock Market is our Pulse. But you’ve got to know how to dance. 

What you are really doing is learning how to dance. But only Investors and Politicians know this dance, leaving the rest of — everyone — “sitting this one out.”

Why don’t they teach you? Help you? Train you? Because not everyone is a Teacher.

Let’s get you dancing. 

Imagine the Sea. 

The waves come to Shore and they pull back. You need to know when to chase the wave and when to run away. 

People who are poor, run when they should chase and chase when they should run. 

The Wealthy know how to dance. 

In the Market, when the stocks dip (the water recedes), Poor people Sell (They Run). And that crashes the Market. Wealthy know this and they watch the Tide. They wait for the water to recede, and then… Then Buy (Chase) the waves. 

The Wealthy have learned how to Surf.

Do not sell when the stocks dip. That is when you buy. Find the stocks you want. (We cover that later) and then have a range. When are you comfortable buying? 

If your stock dips to your “Buy Price” consider that “a sale” and BUY. When enough people buy in a dip, it prevents the Market from Crashing. 

This is called a Naked Put Strategy. 

At this point in my Investing Education, I had been studying Buffett for a year. NONE of what he said made sense… But I kept watching and absorbing, to ignorant to even ask the right questions… until…

You need the Knowledge to know that the water *will* flow. But you need your Intuition to tell you when to ride the wave.

Knowledge first. Intuition Last. Knowledge trains your Intuition. Experience Masters this dance and polishes it into perfection.

Real Estate works the same way. The Knowledge to know how to buy and what you need going in. 

The Intuition to tell you when to jump and when to pull back. The Real Estate Market has its own Ebb and Flow.
