Supervisors are DIY-ers and embody Self-Teaching. They are Independent, Outside-The-Box Thinkers. 

This is Mandatory. 

A Fish cannot teach a Bird. 

Only a Bird can teach a Bird.

Traditional Teachers who act as Memorizing Parrots, cannot teach Independence, Critical Thinking, or Scientific Method. The most they can accomplish is passing down Memorization and Parroting. 

The Healing Garden does not permit Parrots and Memorizers at The Garden.

Supervisors are those who know how to Empower and Lead. Never Follow. The Healing Garden Supervisors are Ethical Leaders who give up The Ego and Humble themselves to Truth. 

They Instruct through Role Modeling only while setting the example of Self-Teaching, Independence, Critical Thinking, and DIY Education. 

This Role Model nourishes this Standard and Mindset into our Students.
