It has taken me a long time to pin point precisely what causes Suicide and how to stop it.
I was surprised when, after I found my Purpose, it did not stop.
I was surprised when, after I made it as far as I did, it still did not stop.
I continued to research what causes Suicidal Ideation and, at what point did it finally stop.
I paid close attention to the “tipping point.”
This last “C” Drop of mine was the first “C” Drop where things were bad, and I didn’t think about Suicide.
Finally. June 2024.
We do not require ONE Purpose.
We require THREE Purposes.
Now, if that sounds discouraging to you, I want you to remember this… You are in The Healing Garden, where all we do is give you the steps and process to get you these Three Purposes.
After you have Two of these Purposes, the Suicidal Ideation Stops. I still had a feeling of, “Well, I’ll just be alone and go Dimension Walk through all of time and space for all eternity.”
But the thought of Killing myself…
For the first time in my life, I WANTED to live.
It was the Three Purposes that did it.
Your Life Stream
You actually have Three Life Streams.
The Secret to life is building these Three Life Streams and then Braiding them together into one Whole Life Stream.
Now, if you don’t know your three Purposes, then it is very acceptable and honorable to make the PURSUIT of these Three Purposes your Purposes. In fact, we encourage you to do see.
We all need a Reason Why.
Your Gift To Humanity
The First Life Stream is Your Life Purpose.
It is the Pursuit of Your Happiness. What you want to be when you grow up. But more than that… it is your Calling for Helping People. Your Social Service to the World that pumps Love and Passion and Purpose into you.
It is Your Gift to Humanity. This is One of the Purposes.
The Second Purpose
The Second Purpose is your Love Purpose. It is WHO you do this for. It is FOR that Person, living or dead, it does not matter.
There is someone, Animal or Human, Living or Dead, Known or Unknown, a Someone who you are doing this for. Yourself even. One Person. Do it for Them. Do it to Honor them. Do it for the Memory of them.
It was this Love Purpose that fuels your Gift to Humanity Purpose. And they don’t have to be related. I built the Healing Garden, I serve Humanity, all for the Love of a Man who loved me so deeply, that it broke him.
And now he doesn’t talk to me… Because I am his PTSD Trigger. But I still do all of this for him.
Love Purpose is the Drive behind the Vision and Dream. You require both.
Your Life Purpose… For Your Story
Your Life Purpose is about You and Your Life Journey. It’s your Story. It’s the realization that you and your life are a Story and that this moment, this place you are in, is a Chapter in your Story. Just a Chapter.
It’s the realization and the choice that this chapter will not last forever and that you are the Author of your Story. And you can write whatever you want.
No one starts off in life Knowing their purpose. As they Journey on their Learning Journey for the Discovered Self, they find it.
Your First Purpose is always the Pursuit of your Purposes. And then, as your take up your Life and head out the door for your Adventure, you go looking for it.
This is your Quest. This is your Quest if you choose to accept it…
