For most of us, Skill Building creates a wall of Discouragement and hopelessness. 

So many people have skills that they don’t even know are skills.

Skill Recognition is a Skill that not even Teachers have. If they did, they would change the way they teach.

How to Develop Skills is a Subject that is almost a lost Science. Ethical Leaders are catching on FAST and it is starting to come back, but not soon enough.

It astounds me how little people know about Skill Building, which tells me, this is a REQUIRED Course for Our Future. 

So here, we are going to be talking A LOT about Skill Building, which I like to call “Skill Nourishment.”

Of all the Courses in The Healing Garden, I would say this is the most important. Because without this Course, all the others will go NO WHERE FAST. 

So let’s get started.

Practical Theory

We Begin with Practical Theory, which I base on Simple Science For Practical Use.

The purpose of Theory is to provide the Subconscious Mind with Logical Code as to the PURPOSE of the Journey.

Without Clear, Simple Theory, the Subconscious Mind will say, “Yeah… So?” and NOT LEARN.

Before you do ANYTHING, you have to “win over” your own Subconscious Mind. And you need a Subconscious Mind Whisperer for that.

So, Subconscious Mind of my Dearest Reader, Skills are the Biological Training of the Brain to learn Mental Diversification. Through a very Strategic Mental Multi-Tasking, your Logical Code processes Data that ALLOWS your Brain to PRIORITIZE a Skill so that you CAN Build it… or Nourish it, as is more true to the case.

Skill Building sounds exhausting.

Skill Building EXHAUSTS Energy without even starting.

Hence the “Ugh” we all feel when we hear the words “Skill Building.”

But you don’t “Build a Skill.”

You Nourish it.

Skill Nourishing is VERY DIFFERENT than Skill Building.

Do you feel that rush of RELIEF and “Ooh! I like that!” inside your belly at the words, “SKILL NOURISHMENT?”

That is because your Subconscious Mind associates the Energy Affiliated with the Word “Nourishment” (This is Pythagorean Psychology on a LEVEL… If you want to know more about Word Energy Science, DM me… That shit is DEEP).

Nourishment gives us all WARM, happy FUZZY feelings. 🙂 And the Subconscious Mind says, “Yes, please!” And we feed the Mind with Nourishment 🙂

Skill Nourishment is a JOURNEY! With Adventure! It’s very exciting! Because you get to see how you GROW! Do you remember when we were all kids and mum and dad had us mark our growth on the wall!?

THAT is Skill Nourishment!

Let’s get started!

The Tiers Of Skill Nourishment

There are Four Tiers of Skill Nourishment! They are:

  1. Apprentice

  2. Tradesmen

  3. Master

  4. Philosopher

“Oh, wait!” Your Subconscious Mind says. “I know these! I’ve seen these before!”

“Yes,” Anna says. “These are the Milestones for Skill Nourishment.”

“But… Trade Schools use these,” You may say.

“Yes,” Anna says. “On the job… In the Field… The only place where YOU CAN learn anything… because this is HOW all Subconscious Minds learn.”

“But… we don’t do these in schools…” you may observe,

“No,” I say. “You don’t. Think about it.”

Now! Let’s look into what we REALLY are doing when we “Skill” Nourish.

Enter THE PHYSICS… and BIOLOGY!

Learning is the Process of Integrating a Skill into Your Intuition.

This is done ONLY through DOING In Applicable, Real Life Situations.

This is called “Practical Practice.”

Look at the words. They match because they are Related. “Practical” came from “Practice.”

WORDS. DON’T. LIE.

People do.

This is called HABIT FORMING.

Without “In Life Practical Practice,” it takes 30 to 40 days to develop.

With “In Life Practical Practice,” it takes 3 days to develop.

This is because when it’s IN your Life Stream, it becomes a PART of your Life Stream Naturally because you’re doing it ANYWAY.

We all go to the bathroom.

Going to the Bathroom is in our Life Stream. We are GOING to GO to the Bathroom. So let’s add a “Practical Practice” to our ROUTINE.

Instead of CREATING a Routine that has NOTHING to do with what we are already doing, we ADD TO our existing Routine. This is not smart, it is counter-productive, and it is going to DISRUPT our Routine. We will not succeed.

So when we go to the Bathroom, let’s add, “Brushing our Teeth” to that routine. You use the loo. You wash your hands. You brush your teeth.

How much easier do you think it would be to brush your teeth instead of trying to insert “brushing your teeth” after a meal?

You’re already IN the bathroom. You’re just… adding a step.

Instead of Changing a routine… you’re adding a step TO your already established routine.

3 Days.

It isn’t the Habit that takes time.

It’s the “changing your routine” and “altering your life stream” that takes 30 to 40 days.

Not Skill Development.

Process that.

3 Days.

So let’s do this with Skill Nourishment as well.

Let’s do this with Learning as well.

This is called Strategic Deliberation.

Are you Skill Nourishing? Or are you Routine Changing?

Routing Changing has another name.

Life Transformation.

So are you Skill Building (Habit Forming) or Life Transforming?

These are the Stages of Skill Nourishment : Integrating a Skill into Your Intuition.

Apprentice

Adding the Skill Nourishment Naturally to your Life Stream until it becomes “Invisible” or Consciously Unaware Action through Classical Conditioning of your Intuition.

When your Intuition ADOPTS it without your Conscious Mind being involved.

I have been Pavlov’d Dogged by my Cat.

Every time I do Yoga, my cat comes over for pets.

Now, every time I pet my cat, I do Yoga.

That bitch.

That is how the Subconscious Mind LEARNS. By ASSOCIATION.

When I had Multiple Personality Disorder, we all noticed a pattern (I had 4 Alters. 4 Data Points).

Each Emotion triggered an Alter.

Emotions Triggered Response.

I trained my mind to associate Fear with Learning.

Learning Abolishes Fear.

Fear Diminishes into Confusion.

I trained my mind to associate Confusion with Learning.

Learning Abolishes Confusion.

Confusion Diminishes into Curiosity.

I trained my mind to associate Curiosity with Learning.

Learning Ignites Curiosity.

Curiosity Nurtures Learning.

This is the Learning Journey I deliberately Structured using Classical Conditioning, Deductive Reasoning, and Strategic Deliberation. Yeah, Multiple Personality Disorder and Mathematics!

Tradesmen

Tradesmen is when you Nourish PROFICIENCY. It is the Refinement of Your Skill. Now, your skill is still Intuitional. You don’t know how, you just… Do it. You don’t know why, you just… Do it.

Tradesmen is Mindless because the focus is Refinement of Habit.

NEVER LEARN FROM A TRADESMEN. You will only be as good as a Tradesmen. (The majority of Teachers are Tradesmen, which is why Teachers could not tell you WHY you had to study their subject of learning). Because they never made it to Mastery.

Master

Only the Master is qualified to Teach.

Because only the Master knows how to Reverse Engineer Skills from their Intuition and condense the Theoretical Comprehension into simple, precise words to communicate the lesson to the Student at “Plato’s Point.”

Welcome to Plato’s Point.

You know someone is a Master when…

They can succinctly, and precisely tell you HOW to do it.

You only become a Master at a Skill when you DO the Skill. Teaching is NOT a Skill.

Mastery of a Skill is Learning.

See the Difference?

The Skill I mastered to hone this process is not “Teaching.”

That is not a skill.

The Skill you are Experiencing in my Mastery is “Learning.”

And I did it by Mastering Learning for 30+ years.

Only Master Learners can Teach.

I Learned Learning.

There is no such thing “as teaching.” It doesn’t exist. Which is why no one is Learning.

Process that.

I also Mastered Writing, Oral Communication, Theater and Stage, with Linguistics and Learning.

The combination of those Skills is what is required to TEACH others + Whatever Skill You want to “Teach.”

So you want to be a Teacher of [INSERT YOUR VOCATION HERE]?

You will need the Skills

  • Writing

  • Oral Communication

  • Theater and Stage

  • Linguistics

  • Logic

  • Learning

  • [INSERT YOUR VOCATION HERE]

Otherwise, you will just have [INSERT YOUR VOCATION HERE] without any way to pass that knowledge on to others. And your [INSERT YOUR VOCATION HERE] dies with you.

Example : Nietzsche

If you can’t Communicate your Idea effectively, your idea dies with you.

Philosopher

This Skill Nourishment level is “The Scientist” or “The Chemist” of Skills. It is the “Mixologist” of Skills.

Hehe… Heheheee… This is my Playground. This is my Lab.

It’s when you can take your Mastery and you turn it into Cocktails! Like… Power Economics or Pythagorean Psychology or Integrated Mathematics!

The Academic Disciplines are raw Ingredients for Philosophy, which allows the Skill of Academic Mixology.

Which is actually my Mastered Profession. Academic Mixologist.

Take this knowledge. Assess others (That is also a Skill) so you can determine if they are qualified to teach you.

Ask them something simple, “What do you do?” or “Why do I need to learn this?”

If they cannot… What did I say?

…Reverse Engineer Skills from their Intuition and condense the Theoretical Comprehension into simple, precise words to communicate the lesson to the Student at “Plato’s Point,” then they are not a Master and they are not qualified to teach because…

In Summation

This is the Potential of Skill Nourishment.

It is The Learning Journey of The Discovered Self. This is what you have chosen to take on when you decide “I want to learn how to do X well!”

It is you using your Passions, Goals, Vision, and Interests to Cherry Pick your very own Learning Journey to shape your Life into whatever you want.

The question is… What QUALITY of that Skill do you want?

And is the Skill you are doing ACTUALLY the Skill you think it is?

The most painful example of this I see is Writers who say, “I want to become a better writer!”

So they get an Editing job instead.

WTF?

Writing IS NOT Editing.

Or Teachers who say, “I want to teach English,” so they go to college, they get a Masters. And they never WRITE a single WORD let alone a book.

I love J.R.R. Tolkien. And he knew LANGUAGE and Mythology.

But he could not WRITE.

And it shows.

His poetry was so Rhythmically abysmal that Peter Jackson had to rewrite all of his songs for the movies.

Because Tolkien did not Master Theater and Stage.

His Storytelling was atrocious and required an entire rewrite, revision, and restructuring for the Movies.

“How did he get published?”

He was friends with the Publisher.

“How did it survive the test of time?”

The Story was THAT GOOD.

But his writing was mediocre.

And he had logical fallacy that required revisions when he released The Lord of The Rings.

You just practiced The Reading Skill and The Mind-Opening Skill.

That is it.

That is all you just did.

The Reading Skill and The Mind-Opening Skill.

Absolutely nothing else.

The Question is, what are you going to DO with this knowledge now that you have it?
