Work where you will be understood. Work with the People who are your Peers.

In order to do that, you have got to know who you are and who you Identify with. 

The ideal situation is for you to have higher quality information, service, or product than your Peers. But serve your Peers.  Never work Lower than your Peers. 

Your Peers are not less wise than you. Your Peers are the ones who are relatable to you. They are the ones who fight your fight and have your struggles. 

They are the ones who are where you are or they have arrived where you are. But you have to know who you are and where you are going to know. 

Your Peers are your Class, your Ethics, and your Standards. They are the ones who have the same life Struggles as you.

You should be your own Patron.

Your Peers are your Patrons.
