I don’t know. This is something I am in the process of studying.

People in Power range from a Distrusting Mindset (3rd Ethical Perspective), to a Power Hungry/Narcissistic Mindset (Can’t share the glory) to “By The Book” Mindset (4th Perspective).

Unless and until they embrace Humility and humble themselves to search for answers outside… they won’t look down.

Which means someone who has an idea has to climb up. Which takes Networking and time. Unless that someone can position themselves in with the right person. Then maybe, they can get vetted enough to be heard.

The people in power have to be so desperate for an answer and a solution + Humility that they realize the question, “What if we are not the smartest people in the world? What if someone who is smarter isn’t in this room? What if that person has an idea?”

But also, they need the 2nd Ethic: Being Open to receive and listen.
